- When do I get paid my commissions?
Go to "My Earnings" in your back office and click "Select Payment Option" to set up payments.
iCoinPro pays commissions every Wednesday for Fast Starts from the previous pay week and the first Thursday of the month for Residual Matrix Commissions for the previous month. You will see commissions in your back office on the "My Earnings" page.
- How does the monthly billing work?
ICP will automatically bill you every month to the credit card that you have on file in your back office which you can update at any time and when you click on "manage membership" it will tell you if you're currently active and when your monthly bill date is.
- What if I miss a monthly payment?
If your ICP membership payment doesn't go through by the last day of the month, you will lose your position in The Matrix. There is no grace period! It is VERY important to take responsibility for your business and make sure your account stays active each month. If your monthly bill date is towards the end of the month we HIGHLY recommend you contact support@icoinpro.com and request to change your bill date to earlier in the month to be safe. Don't ever miss your payment because as the matrix fills in the coming months and years there could be 100's / 1,000's of people you would have been getting paid on every month!
- Where can I view my Matrix?
Click on "My Team" in your back office to see your Matrix. The matrix updates every Thursday morning after the Wednesday night weekly cut-off and it also updates on the first day of each new month to remove inactive members and compress the matrix so their are no empty spots.
- How much will I make from the Matrix?
Watch the 4th video on this page... iCoinPro.biz - Your monthly matrix pay is based on how many active members are in your matrix from the previous month. You are paid $1.00 for every member in your matrix. Remember, the BIG money will happen as you start moving up the ranks and your matrix grows over time.
